Hello, this is MarK Walker and Mental Game Mastery. Do you know what you do when you play your best golf?  Do you have a deep awareness of how you are on those days when golf seems easy and the ball does what you want it to do?

Do you have a deep awareness of how you are on those days when golf seems easy and the ball does what you want it to do?

If you can start to be more conscious of how you are at your best then you can use this to help you play at your best more often.

Golfers tend to be more aware of how they are when they play poorly which is also helpful but this video is about helping you to identify the subtle aspects of your game which seem to be linked to your best performance.

This could be for example how you walk and hold your body.

It can be how active your mind is.

How talkative are you with your playing partners?

What is your level of focus on the target?

How fast is your routine when you play well?

How does the putter feel in your hands when you are putting well?

Try to find as many things as you can after your good rounds so you can build up a good blue print for how you are when you play your best golf.
